A diplomat from Montreal, the sister city of MnF Metropolis, flies in to visit the city. Unfortunately, like most French Canadians, he is a drunkard, a boor and a pervert. The mayor has appointed legal eagle-in-the-making Gloria Gazongas to be his guide around town, hoping the busty beauty can prevent any international mishaps!
